Disease–Therapy Matrix

Axis 1 · organ system → organ Axis 2 · disease process Axis 3 · disease entity Axis 4 · system of medicine (incl. surgery as its own system) → therapy + evidence grade Per disease · symptoms, signs & investigations
The grid below is the first three axes. Click any disease name to open the fourth axis: how each system of medicine approaches it, with an evidence grade per cell. Traditional systems are mapped by their own nosology (Ayurveda treats Amavata, TCM treats Bi patterns) rather than by a fabricated one-to-one remedy for each Western entity — that is how those systems actually reason, and inventing otherwise would be misleading.
A — RCT / meta-analysis supported B — some controlled or good observational evidence C — traditional use, little or no controlled evidence D — tested, not shown effective beyond placebo N — no documented correspondence in this system
